This 2-ingredient peach ice cream is one of the easiest frozen treats I’ve made. All you need is a frozen peach and a splash of milk to turn fresh fruit into a creamy homemade dessert — no ice cream maker needed.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach
- 1–2 tablespoons milk of choice, as needed
Milk options: Whole milk makes it creamy, but you can also use oat milk, almond milk, half-and-half, or a splash of coffee creamer for an extra-rich version.
How to Make 2-Ingredient Peach Ice Cream
- Prep the peach. Cut a ripe peach in half and remove the pit.
- Freeze. Place the peach halves cut-side up in the freezer until completely solid, preferably overnight.
- Let it soften slightly. Remove the frozen peach and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, just until the surface is slightly easier to scrape.
- Add the milk. Pour 1 tablespoon of your milk of choice into the center of the frozen peach.
- Scrape. Use a spoon to scrape the frozen peach and milk together until it becomes soft, creamy, and scoopable. Add another splash of milk if needed.
- 6. Serve immediately. Scoop into a bowl or eat it straight from the peach.

Tips for the Best Peach Ice Cream
Use a ripe peach. The riper and sweeter the peach is before freezing, the better the finished ice cream will taste. Let the frozen peach sit out for a few minutes before scraping—if it’s rock solid, it will be much harder to get that creamy texture.
Start with less milk. You can always add another splash as you scrape. Too much at once can make it soupy instead of creamy.
Peach Ice Cream Variations
Vanilla Peach: Use vanilla coffee creamer instead of milk for a sweeter, richer version.
Peaches & Cream: Use half-and-half for an extra-creamy texture.
Dairy-Free: Use oat milk, almond milk, or your favorite non-dairy milk.
Cinnamon Peach: Add a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon before scraping.
Why I Love This Recipe
I first tried this after seeing the frozen-fruit ice cream trend and couldn’t believe how well it worked with a peach. It’s simple, refreshing, and easy to customize with whatever milk you already have. The best part is scraping it right inside the frozen peach — no blender, special equipment, or ice cream maker required.
